Want to loan a .45 acp 230 grain RN mold?
I would like to know if there is anyone in the Pittsburgh area (I actually live right by the PIT airport) that would loan me a .45 acp 230 grain round nose mold to see if I like those versus my 200 g lswc. My Colts both like the 200 g lswc but my Sig does not. I am not real interested in casting two different bullets for two different guns. Thus, the test. I just need to try it for a couple of days.
I use Lee products and I am very happy with their quality and their price. However, before I plunk down $35 or more, I want to see how these feed in my Sig.
Anyone?
Thank you,

Re: Want to loan a .45 acp 230 grain RN mold?
If you don’t get any hits on this. PM me. I don’t use Lee. But I do cast Lyman 225Gr, 45ACP RN bullets. I size mine to .452. I shoot them in my Ruger p-90, colt 1911 and Sig 220. I run them threw a Lyman 4500 sizer. Not Tumble lube Bullets. They have a BHN of 18. If you want enough to see if the RN work better I can send you some. Im on the other side of Pittsburgh.
