How do you get a LTCF in Bucks Co.

OK. guys heres the skinny.. I just convinced my mom to get her LTCF. She has to walk with a cane now as a result of a fall at her job, and she stays out late sometimes. She's gotten held up a few years back. Now her x boyfriend sits out side her house watching, and all this other stuff is goin on...So how would she go about getting her LTCF???

When I first moved to PA I lived in Bucks County. All I had to do was go to the courthouse (sheriff's dept) in Doylestown, fill out the paperwork, give them a passport type photo, and pick my LTCF up 4 days later.

You might want to call the Bucks sheriff and ask if you can use an application from the 'net to save her an extra trip.

I know he doesn't have one on line, but here is one.

You should be able to, but some sheriffs are funny about that kind of thing

Yep, the one dated 10-2008 in upper left corner (as yours is), is the most current

I got mine today at the Doylestown courthouse. They did everything while I waited, took my picture, and I left with the card. Took maybe an hour, because someone else was getting theirs done when I got there. $46.
