No, apparently the feds trump the constitution by taking shit to what common sense would consider beyond reasonable. This is a refreshing step in the right direction, soon people will be hitting them from all angles.

Like I keep saying. Baby steps. We didn't get this fucked up government overnight and it's not gonna go away in a weekend.

I see it as a good thing Fletcher. The states are trying to stand up to the fed (which they should be able to do) and assert some power. If it works it can be expanded upon.
The whole commerce clause is a load of BS that has been stretched away beyond its intended use. Time to clip those Federal Nails!

There is basically two ways to regain our firearm freedoms. They both have their disadvantages. There is the standard legal and political way, which takes lots of time, money and effort, and utilizes the baby step method. The only other option would be revolution. It would not be swift, it would not be gentle. Many would die, and many towns and cities would end up rather damaged. The US government has amassed some really high tech fancy toys. It would take almost as much planning, money and careful thought. So, yes, doing the legal method is extremely slow and frustrating, but consider the downsides of the other main method of trying to fix the issue. The FFA might only be for one tiny portion of the violation of our rights, but it is still a step in the right direction.
