Isn't this basically what Vermont already has? If so, there should be blood in the streets every night.

Both Alaska and Vermont require no license/permit to concealed carry.
They are hardly the epicenter of homicide and violent aggression with a firearm.

    My bold.

    So true, unfortunately

People just forget that figures lie and liars figure.

But one difference is that AZ doesn't require any kind of license or permit to OC even when you go somewhere in the car. AZ has a CCW for concealed carry. The LTCF covers pretty much what AZ doesn't require permission for.

They're changing one thing. PA would be changing a whole slew of conditions.

Isn't this what Iowa is trying to do also?

We would have had this if the NRA didn't sell out ont our LTCF! Technically we do have this it's just ignored.

We won't have a constitutional body of law until this kind of attitude ends.

BTA88 (and others), do you know how to read and write? Then what stops you from learning how to draft a bill, and learning how to pick up the phone and contact an assemblyman? You start with your Rep or Senator, if they won't work with you, you ask someone who is supposedly behind the idea like Sam Rohrer, and if he won't you keep on going through the entire list of assemblymen until you can say "I tried."

It's not beyond any of us. I don't know how to draft a bill (off hand) but I'm sure as hell going to learn how, because I want the UFA gone, along with all these other provisions designed only to serve tyrants. It wasn't too much trouble to send out an e-mail feeling out Sam Rohrer today, to see if he would introduce a bill that I or someone else makes, that repeals the UFA, the garbage in Inchoate Crimes and Game Code, etc. Obviously the easy part is just sending an e-mail, but so few people even do that.

    Should we try this? Absolutely.
The more that try and succeed the better chance for the rest of the country.

    Will we?

    Doubt it.
I'm in the camp that feels Pa is destined to fall to the NE block of socialists.
