...and they are also swarming to the Poconos. Probably more so than the NY'ers.

A lot of my pocono territory is not safe to be in in the day time.

Reason NY has a front plate is:
Plates are made in prisons.
NYS has over 80 prisons. Its their industry.
NYS has the most prisons/jails in the United States. No state has more.
It would be safe to say, NY has a crime problem.
This being said, what would they do with all those plates?
