I own a couple of full size 9mm but Im looking for one I can just slip into a pocket holster. It will take a beating so I want to stay on the lower end of the money if possible. Or do I wait for a Beretta storm?

Since you already have other full size guns why not save up for the Beretta PX4 storm compact.
It would be better choice than either Keltec or Bersa. If your talking saving for a compact pistol like the Beretta ($5-600) then you open the door to lots of options.
I'm sure you will receive many suggestions to follow.

There is a lot more to choosing a good pistol for pocket carry. I won't do all the work for you, (Google pocket pistol, mouse guns, pocket carry). You need to stay small and light for a comfortable pocket carry in normal clothes. The truth is, if you attempt to go "small" in a decent caliber (9MM or 380) it's not going to be any fun to shoot (practice with). There is definitely a balancing point between the pistols size and caliber. Choose one that you will practice with, and can fit in your pocket, and has enough caliber to do the job.

Another choice in used 9mm is the Beretta 9000 S. As long as you don't have
small hands it's a sweet compact. The one pictured has the extended 15 round mags
but with the normal 10 round it becomes a great carry pistol. The 84BB is perfect
but only comes in .380.
