Rules Question
I may have the oportunity to sell a handgun to a friend in New Jersey.
1. can I deliver the disassembled firearm to the FFL in his area to do the transfer, in person not using a delivering service.
2. what other rules should i be aware of?
thanks

Re: Rules Question
IF your friends FFL will allow a non FFL to ship to him (some will not), then you can ship it via UPS or FedEx or deliver it in person (you need to be sure you follow NJ laws when bringing it into the state). The easiest would be to ship it, either yourself or from a FFL in PA. That way you don't have to worry about running afoul of NJ law. You also need to make sure that the handgun is allowed in NJ as some states have restrictions on the types of guns allowed.
