Pretty sad how a guy who gets hit in the head as a profession can be smarter than a significant portion of the normal populace. (Maybe we should start hitting those who don’t get it in the head to fix the problem? )

Wow. I have never liked Mir, especially after watching him coach in season 8 of the Ultimate Fighter... but this completely changes my perception of him.
That was refreshing. Too many celebrities today are regurgitating that Brady Bunch propaganda bullshit... and it's all too painfully obvious that almost no thought goes into their decision. Frank Mir, on the other hand, had obviously put a lot of thought (and training) into his views on weapons and self defense.
