Has other ramifications as well ! A list compiled of all the various townships/boroughs etc that recognized they were in violation of State Pre emption, with attached news articles would also be an EXCELLENT tool to use against CeaseFire's efforts to get lost and stolen passed. It makes it awfully hard for a town council to argue they arent bound by pre emption when you can slap down a binder full of various other communties recognizing and admitting they ARE bound by it and changing their laws or ordinances to be IN compliance as opposed to blatantly OUT of compliance with the UFA.Si vis pacem, para bellum
