Has anyone seen any boar while out there this year? Where? How many? Shoot any?

That really is a nice sized boar. Nice job.

Did you take it in Luzerne County? Specifically where?

    See any others?

What did you use to shoot it?

I've heard there are feral hogs on some islands in the Susquehanna... truth or myth?

Nice catch! I guess I am nieve, when I came up here from SC I wasn't aware PA had wild boar. Obviously they do cause you got one, but thanks for posting!

Truth, but they are privately owned islands ( well it is one island). You have to pay to hunt there. Try searching for Island Exotic Hunts and you will see.

It is a great picture. What kind of antler is that behind it in the bed?

If i remember correctly it's a small elk shed...only other thing it could have been is an axis deer which it doesn't look like to me...I used to get so many sheds it's hard to remember, I used to work on this hunting ranch in Texas...I work on a different ranch now that doesn't have exotics on it
