Another firearm tranfer question
I am interested in purchasing a shotgun from an individual in Maryland. He is coming to PA on business and offered to bring the shotgun with him. I am legally eligible to own firearms and hold a LTCF. Is it legal for us to do a FTF transfer of a long gun due to the fact he is not a PA resident?

Re: Another firearm tranfer question
No. The transfer must be done at an FFL, but can be done at an FFL in either state, as opposed to a handgun, which must go through an FFL in the recipient's home state.

Re: Another firearm tranfer question
Thank you for the information. The transfer was made through an FFL dealer.
