In PA, when you feel your life is imminently in danger or the life of someone else.

It's up to the Prosecutor and his Monday morning play calling to determine.

yeah I know. I forget where the thread was, it might not have been on here. But there was many news stories about people using their guns to prevent crimes. A couple were folks defending themselves against un armed attackers.

You are theoretically justified in using lethal force if you have reason to believe that an innocent third party will sustain serious or potentially fatal injury, but these cases can be harder to justify.

i dont know if they have these stories on their web site though.
