    Post Sig SP2022 Accessories?

I might have put this in the wrong section and if so I apologize. I have an Sp2022 and absolutely love this gun but apparently its a "reject" model? There seems to be no accessories anywhere whatsoever. I would really like to get a new set of grips since mine did not come with any secondary pair. Online it says they do but for some reason i've missed out. It might not be the greatest gun in the world but I love it and its what i saved up for for months so i'd hate to trade it in just to get a real model'd sig. Any help/ideas you could throw my way would be great. Thanks!

Why would you call it a reject? isn`t that the model used by many military and police all across Europe?

I'll be nice and take it off your hands for $50.

    Did you try contacting Sig?

you can also get metal guide rods, short trigger etc.

if you go to sig sauer site (not the US one) you'll see alot of cool accessories, including clear frames and colored grips.

Do you realize you own the bargain Sig? Most Sigs are very expensive pistols.

Mine didn't come with the extra backstrap either but with a little web searching I found one. The french police carry them and so do many military units around the world.

CDNN has the medium backstrap for $5 since yours didn't come with it.

I've seen photos of Sig 2022 wearing Houge universal fingered slip on grips.

Plus since the 2022 has a rail you can put a ultra compact laser on it.

I'll give you $51 for it, mine could use a "reject" twin.

Well should have firgured to get some remarks like that, but I have tried to contact Sig, unfortunately it never seems to ring. Always get a bunch of static and disconnect, kinda odd since its the number in the manual. I'll have to look up another no. online. That'll be the first step, but thanks to you guys I did order a backstrap yesterday and the sig paddle so im excited. And to attempt to justify calling it a "reject", I simply meant it's not a model that they manufacture numerous parts for such as grips and extra mags cant be purchased anywhere near here. I dont mind ordering online but just takes awhile. Love the gun itself though. Can't hit a damn thing with it but thats okay im working on it. If you've got another site please throw it in there! Thanks again guys!

Maybe the Accessory your looking for would be some professional range training or lots of 9mm ammo to practice with.

Best of luck with your Sig!

One of my favorite Sigs. I bought a checkered guide rod for mine. No real reason, strictly gun jewelry. Aside from that mags, mags and more mags. And stuff to put in the mags. I may get a set of CT Laser Grips for it later on.

It is a great gun - accurate, easy to maintain, so on and so forth. I was not aware that SIG made oodles of accessories for their other guns, but this I can tell you. There is a Blackhawk Serpa holster that will fit your SP 2022. You will most likely have to buy it from them direct, as most of their distributors do not seem to carry it. Crimson Trace also made a laser grip for it, or at least they used to. Them's enough accessories for me, beyond some mags and lots of ammo!
