my wife never ceases to suprise me..

I thought if I took my wife up to gander mountain I might get the shotgun I wanted eventually.No big rush. These are the guns that SHE has now, Marlin 30-30 , remington 308 win, Tradition deerhunter 50 cal flintlock, a traditions pursuit 50 cal, and her Grandmothers .410 single shot. Which by the way has tape on the stock. Her grandmother told me -that the milkman got fresh and she cracked the butt of the gun over his head, that's why it has tape on it. So anyway my wife has always hated pistols. Her dad pointed one at her mother years ago.( JERK!!) so she wouldn't have anything to do with them .. Than she found my bersa .380. So anyway we went to get some black powder today, and look at some shotguns. AND we came home with a Taurus pt-22 blue/gold deluxe model 22 cal . I got her hunting ,, riding her own Harley and now shooting pistol..she never ceases to amaze me...

Cool! Glad to hear it ironhorse!

My wife pleasantly surprised me when we went for our walk yesterday and I left my G19 on my hip.(had it on for the group shoot earlier in the day)
We live where the houses are only about 25 feet from each other and she wasn't a bit concerned with anyone seeing her "gun nut" husband, wearing one on his hip. (She gets big rep points for THAT!)
This was also the FIRST time I've OC'd in her presence. (and only the second time OCing for me.)
