Looking for a good smith in the south hills

Hey, looking for a gunsmith who can put a scope mount on a 91/30 mosin nagant. in the south hills / cecil area. I emailed E.R. Shaw and they didn't want anything to do with it.

Pretty sure there is a guy in Russelton PA that does a lot of work with those rifles in particular that could do it.

He also does refinishing.

Last times I was past Molinar's he had reopened. This was a couple of months back.

Also, all the Gander Mountains have Gunsmiths or access to one.

Could always check out this guy, Ive transfered a pistol through him, but thats about it.
