    Default I'm officially a "reloader!!!"

    So, nearly a year after buying my first bit of reloading equipment nearly a year ago, I got all of the equipment together and reloading 8 rounds of .30-06 for my M1. I ran outside and blasted off 7 rounds and kept the eighth for prosperity's sake!!

    I think I am falling in love with my M1 all over again!!!

    Reloading is FUN!!!

    The more you do, the more you want to do. You will find out that you will try to do things you never thought to do, such as long range shooting, factory duplication, and buying a chrono to verify every load. Have fun with it.

    Ugh.

    I probably have 3000 pieces of .30-06 brass from years of CMP shooting.
    I will run out of powder and bullets WAY before I run out of brass.

    Okay, I'm jealous. Having researched the .38-70 caliber for my Winchester 1886, I saw a lot of videos on reloading, and I have to say that it does look fun. Right now, though, I do not have the funds or room.
