Some Apartment Items...free to a good home!

Well...I had to evict a tenant from a property of mine in the East end of York City. He has until Monday to retrieve the items he has left behind...but I am not gonna hold my breath for that to happen.

There are a few items in the house that this guy left that may be useful to someone if you would like them....contact me and we can arrange a time for you to come and pick up what you may want. No charge....I just want some of these things to be useful to SOMEONE. This former tenant really screwed me over for several months rent and I would like to at least feel good that someone who may need/want something could get it.

DVD player with remote (2 of them) no name brand.
2 TV's - both working but not new.
Black Dresser in fair/good condition with large mirror
small amount of plates/silverware
Couch/loveseat in usable but UGLY condition.
Small TV stand
Small chain link, movable dog run (maybe 10'X10') Appears new.
