I really can't believe this has come to my neigborhood!
My wife wants to start house shopping no matter how much a new mortgage puts a damper on our vacationing & other activities/hobbies we enjoy so much thanks to our low present mortgage.
I don't want to be strapped with a large mortgage payment & not be able to do the things we love to do.
I hope this trend blows over & quick! I can't have her unhappy & uncomfortable in her own home but I'm not going to run away from MY home due to some stupid young wanna be MTV gangstas!

I can't believe it either. That's a nice area. Things change though. When I was delivering pizza a decade ago that neighborhood was always one in which I could always relax.

I told them that I was hit with a little debris but wasn't hurt.. I asked my wife if there was a mark & she said no....I told them it didn't even leave a mark at all... Dispatch kept asking me if I wanted an ambulance!
