Default 7.62x39 and 5.56 PISTOL Ammo

Anyone know of a manufacturer that makes ammo specifically for pistols in these calibers? "Standard" ammo wastes a lot of power/powder by not having a complete burn...resulting in a big flash, lots of noise and lower velocity. I may be wrong but I hope someone has solved these problems.
    Can anyone help???

Your only option is to reload with faster than normally used powders,But face facts your shooting a bottle necked rifle ctg. generating 45,000+ PSI in a short barrel. Your gonna get fireball and blast no matter what.

Might as well just get a pistol in a pistol caliber then.
