NFA storage question
As per my previous post, I am looking to get an UZI Mini SBR.
I didn't read about any specific storage requirements in the stickies.
I typically store my firearms in my office(out of my house). I have a business partner and no employees. Can I store my NFA weapon there?
I can store it at home if necessary, and may do so. I would like the option of storing at either site.

Re: NFA storage question
Are you purchasing it as an individual, trust, or LLC?
If it's individual, as long as it's locked and you're the only person with access, from what I know it's okay to store at your office or home. If you store at your business, and your partner has access to the safe (or whatever you store it in), then I wouldn't store it there. The owner of the NFA item is the only one who is supposed to have access or posession of it.
If it's a trust or LLC, I don't know though.
