Re: Calling all Deleware/Montgomery/Chester county Members
Just wanted to mention that I'm running a session of my Firearms Law Workshop in Hellertown on February 28th, from 1 to 5 PM. Rain or shine. And it's in a heated building, too. Might be more fun than taunting Parks employees....

I think I can make it to VF Park on the 28th. What do you want me to bring? Chips? Soda and water?

Re: Calling all Deleware/Montgomery/Chester county Members
We didn't get as much interest in Session III, people seem to think that the NFA doesn't apply unless they want to own a machinegun; in fact, lots of folks violate the NFA without knowing it, when they turn their AR-15 into a handgun (even though the end result looks just like a legal pistol, it counts as a short-barreled rifle & it's a felony), or they own a "deactivated" war trophy that wasn't actually deactivated properly.
I'd love to run Session III, the NFA and the GCA and the FOPA are favorites of mine. Just need to see enough interest.Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com

Re: Calling all Deleware/Montgomery/Chester county Members
That is unfortunate. I think missing out on that part can get us into just as much trouble as anything else.
I've just closed the envelope containing the registration for session 1 for my wife and me. $100 will be in the mail tomorrow. I'll hand you the check and registration for session 2 that Sunday.
How much lack of interest would have to be overcome to make session 3 happen? I could offer 3 additional participants around my neck of the suburbs a ride and the course for $25 each, if I sign them up on my registration. That arrangement would cost me an additional $25, and I would not mind the least.
JanSo long and thanks for all the fish.

I'd be interested in meeting up for a BBQ at Valley Forge.
