Felony charges against Federal agents violating gun rights? Somehow I don't think federal agents would do well in the general population in prison. Just my $.02 lol

If God didn't intend us to have guns why would he have given us a trigger finger?

How about helping out in PA to get FFA passed?

Firearm Freedom Act (FFA) has been introduced in PA
By Rep Sam Rohrer in late summer of 2009

    Its HB 1988 FFA

    http://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs/...type=B&BN=1988

Which currently has 56 co sponsors (as of 1-7-09)

Read about the FFA effort in PA here

get ready to call your lawmakers!
    http://forum.pafoa.org/pennsylvania-...lawmakers.html

There is ALL KINDS of information on this link about FFA & PA including the nationwide effort to get this passed along with legal court challenges in MT.

Just doing nothing but "hoping" this will get pass in PA won't get it done.

If after studying FFA and you really want to get FFA passed in PA.
Read post #138 along with lots of other posting in the thread in How to take DIRECT ACTION.

Without out you doing your part by contacting the state Reps, nothing is going to "change" except FFA, if its not enacted before the end of 2010 session in PA, it dies.

So IF you want this for PA PLEASE do your part to help make it happen!

fed.gov's argument has been and will be that any economic activity within a state affects economic activity in the other states. this is true, in a general sense, as we live in a "free market economy".

fed.gov will also point to the lack of provisions within the law for preventing such firearms from leaving the state thru sale or relocation of a state resident. they will also point out the lack of provision to "normalise" any firearm that leaves the state by imposing the requirement for payment of federal tax upon such an item.
