Ithaca model 37 12 GA

I have a Ithaca 12 ga model 37 Number on gun is 2613xx
does anyone no when it was made.

Can't help you with the date but generally, when posting a serial number online, it is good to use XX in place of the last 2 or 3 digits.

According to the following list it looks like it was made in 1949.

where did you get that sheet? I have been looking for a long time for date vs serial numbers on 37's and have always come up short. That is awesome, thanks for sharing that....

My son picked up an Ithaca 37 a few weeks ago and I was looking for information about it and found that list on another forum via Scroogle search.
