Mechanicsburg Ordnance Co.
Great small shop, with full time extended business hours.
Great place to do transfers, and Richard is one hell of a nice guy.
Have done 2 transfers there in the last few weeks, and will do more if needed.
He also has a nice supply of some hard to get ammo, but he's a little high on the prices but not too bad.
I would highly recommend him for anyone living in the Harrisburg area.

Re: Mechanicsburg Ordnance Co.
I was in there... Maybe 2 or 3 months ago. I tried to stop in last week but they were closed. Looked like they were in business, just not open. Funny hours, I think. There's a sign on the door. Check it out!

Re: Mechanicsburg Ordnance Co.
Richard is still there but I'm not sure about the hours he keeps anymore.
I was there a few weeks ago to do some transfers, and I may see him later this week again.
I would call or email him first before you swing by, unless your close.Timor mortis morte pejor.

I agree - nice guy, easy to deal with. Not much to browse while you are in the small shop, I've used him for minor Glock 'smithing and transfers.

Re: Mechanicsburg Ordnance Co.
Ive bought 6 guns from him and most of my ammo. He has more in his shop than meets the eye, and what he doesn't stock he can order. On weekends he may be closed to go to a gun show but he is normally open Monday thru Saturday. I would rather give my money to my local dealer than the box store (who Rich beat by $100 on some of my new and used guns).
