Last range trip (most likely) of 2009

My son, Stephen Jr and his finacee Lauren came up from VA for the holidays. And Stephen, the proverbial......."acorn not falling far from the tree"......said dad, let's go shooting today! Why yes son..........there is a Santa!

Stephen had his Glock 19. I brought my Glock 26, Sig P220 and Bushmaster. Headed up to a "secret range" and spent a few hours shooting zombies!

A couple short videos doing some malfunction stuff.

First, was a "no round in the chamber" drill. Mag inserted, say after cleaning but you fail to chamber a round.

Sounds like a great time! Looks like it, too!

Also seeing some nice form with the rifle.

It's OK to put strong side foot an inch or two back. And lean forward and roll shoulders forward.

Second was a failure to fire (dummy round) in the magazine.

Yeah, he doesn't have much trigger time on the rifle, which is why he just wanted to go shooting today.

He just finished some handgun training a few weeks ago. He was shooting quite good with his Glock........and my Sig! Makes dad proud
