Default For anyone with a little one that believes in Santa

This is a really cool site.

    http://portablenorthpole.tv

You input some details about your child (nothing too personal), name, state you live in, age, and a toy you bought them and you can upload a photo and it creates a little custom video message to the child from Santa.

When my boys were younger I would do this in letter format. Then just drop them in the mail.

You mean Santa does not exist????????

Damn, now you tell me after I sent him a letter asking for a new Glock

I was hoping for a lump of plastic and steel in my stocking

My son will get letters from Santa when he's older (only 21 months now), but this thing was really cool. Santa starts talking to AJ then says he will look in his book. Since we uploaded a photo of him the book has a picture of my son and Santa says "I see you have been a very good boy all year always doing your best!" Then he says something like "I see you really want a Kitchen (that's the big gift my son is getting, a kitchen play set since he LOVES to "cook"). I think that might be arranged."

That's a great site adymond. I watched the video I made for my niece and it's neat. I wish I could save it but I've tried every gadget I have and it won't let me download the video.

Oh well. I'll send the link to my niece and she can play it for my great niece.

Thanks for the link. Try it everyone. The video it allows you to create is cute.

We helped do this for our neighbor's kids. They "mailed" a letter to Santa that we had the mailman "intercept" for us, then we typed up a letter from Santa for them.

I used some nice, ivory resume paper and matching envelope that I was able to create a realistic stamp with a North Pole post mark to print on it.
We then handed it to the mailman to deliver to the kids in person rather than just putting it in the box. They were so excited.

    "Old tech" still works.

Great link for the computer thing too!
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!
