Re: PALETOWN ROD AND GUN CLUB MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Tacticool!
What choke should I run on a 20"? Believe it or not, mine is set up with the 20" military weight (590A1) barrel with an IC Accuchoke. I can pick up another choke tube though.
I'd love to dig up a 500 combo at a good price. It would at least be a start ...
Oh, and what restrictions - 7-1/2 or 8 shot?Keep perspective, recognize the good in your enemies and the bad in your friends.

Re: PALETOWN ROD AND GUN CLUB MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
To start I would just try to buy a longer barrel for the Mossy. I got a extra 28" for my 870. Need to dig it out to see what choke I had it in but it may have been the Remi Sheet. Otherwise I would just start with IC
As for restrictions - have you seen the place?

Re: PALETOWN ROD AND GUN CLUB MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Not to change the subject, but I'm a brand new member there, and was looking to bring my AR up sometime this weekend if the weather holds out. While I don't really want to shoot alone, I don't want to be around when it's packed, either. Any suggestions for times to be there? I'm thinking maybe Saturday or Sunday morning?
Also, I know I'll have to bring my own targets and such, but what about target stands and plywood / cardboard backers for the targets?
Thanks guys!

Re: PALETOWN ROD AND GUN CLUB MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
I've got to figure a good time this weekend. It's my first day off in about a month, and I could use some stress relief! What better way that to kill some paper??? (I do have a full auto, SBR airsoft gun which is LOTS of fun at home, but it's just not the same as putting real bullets down range).
On second thought, maybe I should just go by myself....that way no one has to know how badly I shoot I do really need to sight my new optic in though...
If I set a definite time that works for me, I'll try to post it here.
