There is a club in Oxford that I think is shotgun only........There is also a place in Delaware, its got a funny name, Onnalanny or something like that is off of rte 40 that has offers some nice clay shooting.

Wicen's Shooting Range in Furlong, PA. It's about 30-35 minutes from Northeast Philly in normal traffic. $15 to shoot all day, plus $10 for your range badge the first time you go (additional badges for pistol and rifle are $5 each.) No other membership requirements. Thrower rentals are $8 for the day, and boxes of clays are $12 per 135. Additional info is at their website here.
