Well My father surprised me with an early Christmas present. He ordered me a cz-82 from CDNN. He lives in N.Y. so its being shipped here. It was listed as EXC TO LIKE NEW. Shipped today should have it end of the week. Cant wait to get it. Any spots for cheap ammo near dingmans ferry (milford)

Test out the JHP ammo before you buy a crate.... I have some fiocci that i am still looking to trade because it would not feed through mine. Brown Bear and CCI Blazer FMJ feed like a ho ho to Michel Moore

Congrats. I just bought one myself and love it. Hell, lets everybody get one or two or three. I'm going to order a mix of ammo to see what fires best in my cz. Again congrats.

Yeah I'm Really happy. My Dad & Mom are cool. I've heard they can be finicky with some brands, but most people I've read say the Russian (wolf or brown bear) ammo is fairly consistent in the cz-82. I'm thinking about ordering a couple of hundred rounds online so i hope its true. Also been looking at holsters but im gonna wait till the gun gets here. I've heard that some of the cz-82 have square trigger guards some round depending on the year made (newer or older i believe). I've also heard that SOG got some cz-82 with custom cz-82 shoulder holsters. I wonder if they offer them separate. Anyway hopefully Friday it will be here and Tues i will take it to the range (if i have ammo).

I picked it up today. Condition is good but exc to like new is a stretch. The slide looks refinished with a matte finish. The grips a worn more than i would like for a exc to like new. The feed ramp looks completely smooth and well worn. The barrel is shiny and bright (the polygonal barrel looks does weird). The trigger seems good. The trigger guard is very stiff to pull down to remove slide. overall i would give the gun a GOOD rating I guess I'll tell CDNN about it and see if they will do anything for me. I don't want to ship it back the cost of shipping is not worth it, especially since i'm not guaranteed an better piece. I've found some replacement grips for $33.00 shipped that will probably make me happy. it's definitely the grips that bother me the most. I will try and post pics later (my GF has my good camera to show detail).
