Question Anyone CC with a laser&lite combo on the rail?

I think this would be the ideal way to carry if you're often in low-light areas, but I'm not sure if it would be too bulky, even though laser&lite combos have gotten smaller. I'd like the Insight X2 for my G19. If you do CC with a laser&lite combo, how bulky is it? what holsters are out there?

Personally, I have a 9 LED flashlight on my belt for low light. Light in support hand, pistol in strong hand supported by support hand wrist.
Please help my Baby Kitties and I avoid being homeless.

it will probably get caught on your holster, or not fit it at all. plus i doubt you will have time to turn it on if you ever need to draw anyway. most self-defense shootings are very close proximity, a laser wont help you there

Holsters exist for this, though most of them are thigh rigs.

Check raven holsters, I know they make a holster for most popular gun/light combo's. I'm sure they have the G19 covered.

FWIW, the last thing you need to do in 99% of self defense encounters is manipulate a finger operated light/laser before shooting. IMO.

I carry an xd9 with m6 light laser combo. Had a belt holster custom made for it and it does not stand out anymore than without the laser combo.

Do you have any photos of your set-up? Do you have any hang-ups while drawing from concealment? In regards to the other posters, I, too, currently carry a Surefire lite on my weakhand side in a Fobus paddle holster that also carries a spare mag. Light-on-gun would be faster to get on target from concealed carry, though, as opposed to drawing a gun and light separately. there is also the laser factor to take into account, both for accuracy and intimidation. Finally, as for most shooting happening too quickly to use a light and/or laser, that may be true, but there are also many times where a light and/or laser would come in very handy. Just read the monthly Armed Citizen article in the NRA mags and you will see many instances where laser/light would have been useable and handy.

I have Laser grips on my carry gun. Fits all the normal holsters.

Thanks. I've tried those, but was more interested in the combination laser/light combos.
