Default Security Guard Shoots armed man thrown out of bar in GA

    http://www.wsbtv.com/news/21881390/detail.html

COLLEGE PARK, Ga. -- A man, thrown out of a College Park nightclub, was fatally shot by a security guard after police said he returned with a handgun and open fired into the door.

It happened Saturday night at Oceans 66 in the 5000 block of Old National Highway.

Investigators said the victim, identified by the medical examiner’s office as Jeffrey Bing, 27, of College Park, fired two shots into the front door at the establishment. Police said the security guard returned fire, striking Bing a couple of times.

Bing was taken to an area hospital where he later died.

Police haven't determined whether the guard will be charged.
Some say that his discharge is luminous.

That is funny, they call the shitbird the "victim". It is a shame he even got shots off into the bar. I hope the Security guy works on his draw

Be safe (and quick, not dead).

Why would any reasonable person need a handgun in a club? Oh...

My only thought is if he was not lawfully carrying.

    Be safe (and in compliance).

Or possibly the exchange went like...

Reporter: "Will the guard be charged with murder?"

COP: "Murder? what the fuck are you talking about? The asshole was shooting up a bar."

Reporter: "Ok, I'll just write that you haven't made a decision yet"

Yes, this sounds more like the truth. I can not see why they would charge the security guard, unless it was an unlicensed firearm, but come on he saved lives, lets give him a walk.

Proove to me that he was in possession of the firearm used to return fire prior to the shots being fired at him. It could just as easily have been the bar owner's firearm that this security guard picked up right?

I'm not saying you need to I am using the you in the figurative sense.
