FIVE LOOOOONG MONTHS, and finally my responce team member training is over!!!! Took my final RTM entrance interview sunday night at 8:00pm. Passed the interview and now have seven days off until i start my new position at the plant!!!! my salary was raised four dollars an hour, and i now get to respond to alarms!

Gotta tell ya, at first, when i was just a watchman, i had SERIOUS doubts about my job, but now, with the new knowledge and responsibility I have, I LOVE my job! Next time they are hiring, I'll let you North Western Pa guys and girls know... it's DEF. worth the hassle to get in!
