No one here is going to give you a flat out, correct answer. You have to persue them as for the reason why you LTCF is being delayed.
If you're just concerned about yourself, then just keep waiting. Otherwise, get on their asses, let them know what they are doing is wrong (with the correct info to show them) and do something about it.

Re: whats taking so long
Actually the first half of that had a lot to do with your question, and answered it to a T.
The second half was welcoming you and giving you hints to have your contributions to the forum as well as your queries taken seriously.
I'll leave it at this: with your poor attitude shown to folks treating you kindly, I would certainly not piss on you if you were on fire, let alone answer another question.
This is hypothetical, of course. I definitely wouldn't want to see you on fire.
Have a great night!Sec. 21. The right of the citizens to bear arms in defense of themselves and the State shall not be questioned.
Sec. 25. To guard against transgressions of the high powers which we have delegated, we declare that everything in this article is excepted out of the general powers of government and shall forever remain inviolate.

Dude where did you find those pics?......hilarious.
Some people (including me) do not like to type or are having problems with grammar (again like me). I have to agree though, that the post itself was a little harsh and demanding but I think we can close an eye here because the poster is probably PO'd at the fact that it is taking so long. Philly is known for that.......move on over to Greensburg man. Took me 5 minutes (pic included). You can only get smarter by playing a smarter opponent
