The reason I don't walk around with a rifle slung over my shoulder is that of practicality. I don't expect resistance that would require a long gun to dispatch, during day to day errands.
If there was some kind of breakdown in society (like the L.A. riots, but here in the Lehigh Valley), I'd probably be one of the first people to start carrying my M1A slung over my shoulder.Any mission, any conditions, any foe at any range.
Twice the mayhem, triple the force.
Ten times the action, total hardcore.

I have, Walked BigE's street with my AK-47 I parked a block away trying to find it the first time.
I've also walked all the way up broadway here in McKees Rocks, slung on my shoulder when my car broke down. I sure as hell wasn't leaving it in the trunk.

LOL. I understand that. But whats written and reality are two different things. I define a right as something that applies to all and cannot be "curtailed". I guess if we change the definitions of words, than you can interpret the constitution any way you want. It's scary.
