I want a KRISS Vector
Does anyone here have any experience with the KRISS Super V Vector???
I just saw it on future weapons, and I have heard about it on the new COD game... I pulled up the website, and I HAVE TO HAVE ONE AGGHHHH!!!!!!
Seriously though, it looks like an awesome idea. a .45 cal smg that has almost zero recoil? whats not to like? I just don't know if I would shell out more than a UMP conversion for one... I understand that they are pretty close in price, if not more, than HK clone smg's.
Any opinions?

Re: I want a KRISS Vector
i saw one at a shop in VA but the 1800 dollar price tag turned me off. it is a very cool looking piece but not 1800 dollar cool. if it was priced at 1000-1200 i would have been all over it. the same shop had 30 rd mags but they were expensive as well priced at 60 bucks each.

Re: I want a KRISS Vector
My woman has wanted one of these .45ACP staple guns for about a year now. I think they are pretty awkward at first heft, but they do tuck in nice once you bring them up. Haven't had the opportunity to shoot one yet. I think that would help it's case if it really is the baddest .45ACP sub gun gone carbine in the land.
As it stands it's a little goofy with the long ass barrel and / or shroud. And for $1800 bones, even though I think I can get one cheaper. (A local dealer is one of the few original stocking dealers in PA.) I still don't know if it would be worth it in carbine form. As a SBR... maybe. But it is a little long in the tooth and unwieldy with the 16" barrel.
But that's even more $...

Re: I want a KRISS Vector
The lack of muzzle rise is pretty cool. I was handed the SMG and fired a magazine on semi auto. With the Eotech, the steel silhouettes were easy at fifteen yards dumping the mag as fast as I could. Burst and auto were just as easy. Many of the internal parts are made in Meadville, PA (Crawford County) the guys from TDI were in town and let some guys "test" them out.

Those look like Glock mags on the table next to the Vector, does it accept them or are they just in the picture?

The one lying above the carbine with the vented barrel shroud? Is that two mags fused together?

Re: I want a KRISS Vector
Damn those are pretty crazy looking.
As said above the 16" version just doesn't look right. Kinda like the PS90.
Put a suppressor on that and might as well just poke the bad guy in the eye. lol
If i were willing to drop the 1800 on one, might as well get the SBR version and can.
