freemybeer.com
It was apparently started by sheets to get more money out of us. They had papers up when I went in there tonight about this. I don't drink much so I don't care if they sell it or not (that and I am sure I would end up on some sheetz mailing list), but im sure someone here would be interested.
It's an online petition.

If you support the convenient and responsible sale of beer in Pennsylvania’s grocery and convenience stores, join us as we work to change the state's restrictive and out-of-date beer laws.
Sorry if this has been posted. i am not very good with the search here.

I, for one, applaud Sheetz for standing up to "the man" and trying to change what they feel is wrong!

Re: freemybeer.com
PA Liquor laws are insane, and this is certainly a step in the right direction. Signed and recommended to friends.

It's about time. I'm tired of having to drive to Conklin, NY to get beer from a gas station.

I think this is one thing MD does right. I work at the Liquor Store in Gettysburg and we always have out of towners showing their dismay as to why PA is like this...

Another topic. Wasn't a woman 'arrested' for ordering wine from NY to Pa? Then she fought it, and won? Just pointing out that Pa laws are back arse-ward at times.
