Daughter/Myself recovering from Swine Flu
I've been fighting a cold that basically took it out of me for the last month or so. So I probably had it too, I was never officially diagnosed, but it's not rocket science. Well yesterday my daughter spiked a fever of 103 suddenly.
My wife stayed home with her yesterday and took her to the doctors office. She has Swine Flu because of the sudden onset of symptoms, just like I had 3 weeks ago. So I stayed home with her today from work since she is down for the count. I'm still fighting the chest cold from this. It's acting up with me again today... it's no fun. I finally cracked and got some Mucinex at CVS, I hope it clears me out, I hear it does.
I thought it was just media hype... but now I possibly had it and my daughter does have it. Heres to a speedy recovery for both of us.

Re: Daughter/Myself recovering from Swine Flu
I feel for you guys. I have to be extra careful because of my heart and COPD problems. Lucky so far. I did get the old swine flu shot in '77. They claim that helps us old folks.
