Health care costs to go up? Lies and slander.

Not that we didn't know this would turn into a deficit hog or anything, but always nice to see a more realistic cost analysis. It is estimated that it would start to cost the guvernment, well... as soon as it went into effect (One year where it might not, but inconsequential in the long run). Study was conducted by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (independent, non-partisan).
