    Incredible feat of dexterity and muscle control. After 15 minutes and a nearly-destroyed bicep, I managed to get my SW99 halfway out of battery, once, with this technique. It's a lot harder than it looks!


    edit; from what I've gathered from folks who shoot with the gentleman in the video, that is indeed a stock recoil spring as well.

    That looks like either a Glock 34 or 35. It's a longslide competition model, plus the sights on the rear look kinda hefty. The shots sounded like the 9mm, Glock 34 version and as such it would have a looser spring. It's an awesome idea to cock like that for the type of competition he's in, and all of that stuff just helps. Anyone trying that with a full metal pistol (especially if it's in 45) would probably hurt themselves before they could do it, though. Sweet vid, and awesome idea.

    I don't know, I'm pretty sure this exact video was posted well over a month ago, it went a couple pages deep. Maybe it was just the same guy doing the same technique on another video though.
