Default Good OC at the Nittany Mall in State College

This was at a clothing store in the mall that sells only PSU and Steeler shirts. I found a few shirts I liked but I didn't know my size. The store had no changing room so I would have to try the shirts on in plain view which required me to remove my shirt that was concealing my Sig P239 on my waist in a IWB holster. Before I tried any shirts on I asked the two employees who I assume were spouses and owners if I could try a couple of shirts to find my size and they said yes. I then told them I was concealing a handgun which would be visible and asked if they had any objections and they had no issues with me having my gun in their store. So I got to try a few shirts on while OCing between changes but unfortantetly they didn't have my size in any of the shirts I like. But the couple came off as gun owners themselves. Good experience!

Maybe it's just me... but I don't see this as "open carry".

I see this as changing clothes while CC... Them being made aware of your CC, via changing shirts, is still them being aware of your CC, not OC.

    Just sayin.

Yes, but he didn't have heavily armed (emphasis on HEAVY) mall ninjas come and beat him into submission, so it's a win... right?

Now you need to go back in there and give +1 rep to the employees
