Help me decide what to buy

Ok so I finished my apprenticeship at work so I'm buying myself a gift. I just haven't quite decided what. These are all guns that I will eventually buy but I'm leaning towards another handgun. I'm listing my personal pros and cons for each

sig p228 9mm $499 used.
Pros - great price not much wear and I already have 9mm ammo plusit has a spare set of houge grips
cons - it comes with 2 10rd mags

sig p228 9mm $700 new
pros- it's new
cons- only comes with one 13rd mag

sig 226 .40 $525 used
pros- same as the 228 and I really want a .40 night sights
cons- I have no ammo currently

glock 22 $330 used
pros- 2nd gen light wear .40
cons- same as 226

bersa 380
pros- easy to find good backup or conceal gun
cons- 380 is still hard to come by

thoughts?

I didn't include a mossburg and a sks due to wanting another handgun first.

Out of that list, I'd probably go for the used 228 if in great condition. Up to $700 gives you a lot of options.

Gotta say go for the P228 they are becoming harder to find and if it is in great condition then go for it. like it was said 700 gives you alot of play room.

Personally I would go for the used 228. I try to go for a good used gun because I don't really have "untouched" safe queens. 9mm is my favorite round and it includes the most magazines. Depending on the model and if you would also buy a used Mossberg you could get both for a little over the 700 mark.

My vote goes to the 226 .40 with the night sights. For me atleast, .40 is always available at walmart more often then 9mm and 45 is. Plus a 226 is a full size pistol. But either way I'd still get the Sig before the glock or bersa.

I'm definitely leaning towards the used 228. Thanks for the positive reinforcement guys. I'll eventually get a 226 in .40 but I'll probably save up and get an elite dark.

Buy the used 228, send it to a gunsmith for an action job then send it to Robar for a refinish in either Roguard or NP3. That should cost about as much as the new one. And you can buy a new night sight for the front for 50 bucks or so. That would be the whole package...
