Somebody who works with home heating in the Philly area..
I need to speak with someone who works with home heating in the Philadelphia/NorthEast Philly area.
I've got a couple of questions, and so far the advice I've gotten is so far into each side of the spectrum that I feel a stranger on the internet would be the best bet to answer my question.
