Question Too good - what's wrong w/this ammo?

I came across bulk Winchester 9mm 115 Gr. FMJ-RN .355" diameter on Cabella's web site. $99.99 for 1000. Free shipping if over $150. This is backordered of course. This price seems way too good (.10/round ?) What am I missing here? Is this crap? Will it work in my 9mm Sigma (S&W 9VE)? I'm new to this so any advise would be appreciated.

If they are advertising ".355in", I'd bet a box of donuts its just the bullets - not ammo.

Ok, its just the bullet part for doing it yourself. Good thing I asked. Thanks.

That's a fair price for those bullets (components). Not a great price, just a fair price... for those who handload 9mm, anyway; which I don't - just .45 ACP and .38/.357 right now.

Though some may be able to use these for .38/.357 (it depends on the dimensions of your barrels), for my revolvers, .355 inch is just too small a diameter.

Deals on components and loaded ammo were a lot easier to find not too long ago.
