Waiting period for handgun?[gun noobie]

How long is the waiting period in Pa for a hand guns purchase? 2 days?

Same for shotgun?

The "waiting period" is "as long as it takes to complete the background check via a telephone call." 10-15 minutes or so?

In other words. There is no waiting period.

It's almost lunch time, you could have your next purchase before you punch back in!

there's no waiting period for anything in pa - except class 3/ title II weapons. handguns, shotguns and rifles can be purchased instantly.

silencers, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns and automatic weapons - there's a few other things like explosive devices - check the class 3/ nfa section of the forums for more info.

I can remember when your Concealed Carry Permit circumvented the handgun waiting period, but now you don't have to wait at all...in and out! That's all there is to it...
