    And now I want to use it.

    Been looking at boar hunting, but it appears one has be be licensed to hunt something else and boars can only be taken incidentially.

    Seem so stupid, it must be true.

    If you can, head to Texas. You can shoot as many boars as you want with no license I believe. They are considered a pest out there and they want them dead and gone.

    It's on my list of things to hunt along with grizzly and water buffalo.

    Wow....seeing that picture made me get mine out and reminisce. My first rifle, too. Except my parents bought me mine about 20 years ago! It's an awesome rifle!

    Mine was a .32sp Winchester Lever. I must be getting old.

    Seriously I'd start anybody on a lever gun. There's something about them that just feels right.
