What a DEAL, a new CC with ONLY 79.9% APR interest!
Man you really have to wonder why these companies aren't being arrested under the loan shark laws!

Wow, that is First Premier Bank. In 1988 I was in the Navy and I had no credit. I started with a FPB secure card. I basically deposited $250 and that was my credit. I had to start somewhere in order to be able to get an apartment off base. I still have my FPB CC but it's no longer secured and my interest rate is 3%. They are not all bad if you are a low risk customer.
