Probably less about growing some balls....Pakastanis can be fierce warriors....and more about getting free goodies from us. Billions in free goodies. And before those toys become outdated they'll come in handy to keep India at bay.

Yes they can be but for a while they weren't really applying their military might for what ever reason. I am glad they are stepping it up some.
