My first handgun (Bucks)

I've been learning how to shoot and it was suggested that I acquire a weapon of my own. Being, 19, I can't purchase form a dealer, so I'm looking for a private sale, in the general area of Bucks County. Preferably 9mm, .40 S&W, or .45 ACP. I would rather not spend more than $800.
