Jason Schafer has offered his services as range safety officer for the day. Your son is most welcome.

It's panning out that way already. We have a nepa shoot and the westie shoot. There will be more events. They all do not have to be planned today though, just keep in mind

Also on different days? I wish I could come, but that falls on drill weekend, which I just can't get out of.

Tell your DI he'll just have to postpone it

If God didn't intend us to have guns why would he have given us a trigger finger?

Barring anything unforeseen, I'll be there. I'll drive myself if I have to, but if there's any other central PA people that want to carpool, I would prefer to ride with someone and help pay for fuel.

As posted earlier, please hold off if you can on any donations. Pa. Patriot is setting up an account and taking care of the legal aspects. Mrs. Pa. Patriot is organizing the raffle among other things. You can still contact any of us to let us know of any donations or any questions you have. Early thanks to all who have come in to help us with this cause.

I have to ask sheepishly, but will this range hold the amount of people that will no doubt be attending? I am sure this will be just one of many that will be happening over time, but with it being the first one, I have a feeling that their will be a very large crowd....

Hopefully the question will be more like will the town of Prompton be able to handle this many people.

    Population in July 2008: 237

With only 237 people living there, I'm thinking the population is going to at least triple for one day.
