Did you know that if you tape an encounter with a PO on your cellular phone, the carrier would have to turn over any, and all videos. When you save a video on a cell phone, it not only saves it on the phone. It's transported up like Scotty to a satellite, and on to the providers servers.

The NSA has been wire taping for quite some time now...is it legal, no; do they do it, yes.

I had to do a whole report on the NSA data mining U.S. phone calls when I was in a Linux class.

My uncle has worked for the NSA for over 25 years at the puzzel palace (Fort Meade). He always says that they are only looking at foreign not internal traffic. However, he has his fingers and toes crossed when he says this!!!!

Suggest to be added to off-limit places:

Cities of the first class and within 1000 feet of an elementary or secondary school unless you hold a valid LTCF
(applies to both open carry & concealed carry)

Nonconcur. Has anyone in Pennsylvania ever been prosecuted under the new, improved 1,000-foot federal law? Does a federal prosecutor want to see how this law flies after the last version was shot down? If it's not a problem, it doesn't need fixing. Besides, it's federal encroachment on state sovereignty.

Things were so different before 9/11.

The point is that the flyer proports to list places which are off limits by law and it is being relied upon by many people that are packing and are unfamiliar with the legalities. I don't know whether there has been a presecution in the last decade or if a prosecutor used the GFSZA to his advantage in a criminal case but I would be surprised if there wasn't any -- not that this would have any bearing on the issue.

If we are going to tout the flyer as a good reference for 'packers' it would be disingenious not to include a very significant off-limit area for UNLICENSED individuals.

Is it possible for a county district attorney to charge someone with violation of a federal law in state court? For that matter, can a local/county/state law enforcement officer arrest someone for violation of a federal law without any corresponding state law violation?

I must have tried 100 times and it keeps telling me "this file is damaged and could not be repaired" and will not open. Adobe opens and is blank and I get that message.

Make sure you have the updated version of Adobe Reader, then after deleting the copy already on your hard disk, right click on the link to download and select "save as"

That should do it for you - if it doesn't, let me know and we'll work out another way to get it to you.
